Whoever told y’all to make a quiche and put it on a sandwich has really got the key to food. First time visit, definitely coming back. Anastasia greeted us and made us feel super welcome. She knows how to grow a regular relationship with her customers I can tell. She gave great recommendations and was very patient while my 3 year old ordered his food and drink. He adores the pepperoni pizza kolache. His dad and I enjoyed sausage egg and cheese kolaches. I tried the seasonal coconut drink, and I was very pleased. It wasn’t too bitter and not too sweet.
Lovely place! Spacious and clean place to hang out. Latte is little acid for my taste (I like more milky and tender place but it is still delicious coffee). The staff is exceptional! He cleaned all the tables when customers leave. Bathroom is super clean and chairs are comfortable.
One of their locations that I absolutely love gets it right every time. The coffee is consistently excellent, perfectly brewed, and served at the ideal temperature. Barista Anastasia is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. Love that they got the espresso right in a cup and with sparkling water. My new regular spot! (Only room for improvement would be adding a high top!)
Immaculately clean, awesome vibes and wonderful staff. The orange blossom latte on their spring menu is phenomenal!
Update: I drink the orange blossom matcha here daily. My home away from home. Jackson, Anastasia, Christian, Savannah, they all take time to learn everyone's names. Real community building spot. Great music!
This isn’t just the raddest coffee shop it’s a place that feels like home! Jackson & Emily have created a wonderful coffee house full of kindness, crafty/delicious drinks, & a warm/welcoming atmosphere. Anastasia is the brightest light & an amazing barista! We drive 30 minutes weekly to support this amazing business! 10/10 drinks,service, & vibes! Highly recommend the lavender matcha latte and their seasonal drinks are always on point!
Steady is a coffee shop I’ve never even heard of and we found it randomly. It’s in a very good location in a mini shopping center with other businesses. The inside is very clean and spacious with various types of seating. They even have a high chair for children. That was a plus for our little one. It was very loud which was the only downside. But the employees apologized saying it usually isn’t like that. There were a ton of people for some reason, all in the back of the place and they were loud. This was around 8:30am on a Saturday. The employees are very nice here and they get to know you on a first name basis. They’re extremely sociable and friendly. The menu is perfect with various types of coffees, seasonal coffees. I had a cappucino with simple syrup and almond milk. Wife had latte with vanilla and almond milk. Both were excellent. Perfect balance of flavor and coffee. They serve house made syrups. We tried the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and the blueberry muffin. The sandwich was fantastic. The muffin was pretty good but not the best we’ve had. The texture was different. Almost not as soft and fluffy like we typically have in other muffins. Overall this place is excellent, simply one of the best coffee shops in Jax despite how new it is.
The baristas at Steady Coffee are the friendliest I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! They talk to you on such a personal level and make it such a warm environment. Plus the coffee is great!
